Recruiter
Global Talent Resources Corp is a growing recruiting firm located in North Canton / Uniontown, OH with a focus on the exploding Automated Packaging/Food Processing Machinery, Packaging Materials, Biotech / Life Sciences, Metal Stamping / Plastic Molding, and Private Equity markets. We are uniquely positioned to service these fast-growing markets and are looking to add a Recruiter to our recruiting and sales team!
Your mission?
To strategically increase the volume and quality of interaction and conversations with prospective candidates throughout the recruiting process by using a combination of up-and-coming tools and technology, marketing procedures and outbound communication methods.
You'll be responsible for:
Sourcing and identifying candidates. Making phone calls to discuss new career opportunities with prospective candidates.
Utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and PCR.
Drafting email & LinkedIn InMail messages and developing marketing campaigns to reach out to and follow up with prospective candidates.
Manage job projects in our Applicant Tracking System (PC Recruiter), update candidate status, and upload resumes when received.
Performing initial candidate phone screens, testing for both substantive and cultural fit.
Providing recommendations to the Executive Search Associates on talent options for active jobs.
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment campaign and maintain ongoing relationships. This includes advising on updates and next steps and acting as the liaison between client and candidate to schedule interviews.

You will work directly with our President and Vice President (who have 60 years of Recruiting experience between them), expanding our established footprint and helping them maximize their time by researching prospective client organizations, prospective candidates, and learn the fundamentals of the recruiting industry.
