Job Title: E-Commerce Account Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking an E-commerce Account Specialist who will be responsible for managing and maintaining customer records, reviewing and processing customer orders, and responding to customer inquiries within the e-commerce space. This role requires close collaboration with the team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain customer records accurately and efficiently.
- Review and process customer orders in a timely manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing effective resolutions.
- Work closely with the team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate professionally to provide resolutions and respond to customer inquiries.
Essential Skills:
- 2-3 years of customer service experience.
- Experience in customer service specifically within e-commerce is highly preferred.
- Strong level of professionalism.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with ERP systems is ideal.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Polished and professional demeanor.
Work Environment:
This position requires working onsite at our Cleveland location, with work hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Cleveland, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
