- Handle day-to-day maintenance of multiple apartment buildings and townhomes.
- Perform technical repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and painting.
- Repair/install appliances, maintain window screens/blinds, and service interior/exterior doors.
- Prepare units for new residents, rehab apartments, and complete work orders promptly.
- Assist with property inspections and partner closely with property managers.
- Communicate professionally with residents, team members, and visitors.
- Adapt quickly to schedule changes, especially when emergencies arise.
- HVAC and boiler experience (preferred, not required).
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Basic computer/tablet skills.
- Ability to follow through and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar maintenance role.
- Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle (must be able to drive a truck with a trailer).
- Comfortable lifting 40 lbs. and climbing ladders.
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and occasional overtime/weekend work.

- MondayFriday
- On-call rotation
- Weekends as needed
