Soliant is seeking a dedicated and experienced Staff Pharmacist for a permanent position at our Long Term Care (LTC) pharmacy located in Coal Grove, Ohio . Position Overview:

As a Staff Pharmacist in our LTC pharmacy, you will be responsible for ensuring safe, accurate, and timely dispensing of medications to residents in nursing homes, assisted living centers, and other long-term care environments. You'll work alongside experienced pharmacy technicians and fellow pharmacists in a collaborative and supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify physician orders for accuracy and appropriateness

• Dispense medications in pliance with all applicable laws and regulations

• Provide clinical consultation on drug interactions, side effects, and proper medication usage

• Collaborate with healthcare providers and LTC facility staff to support optimal patient outes

• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians and ensure workflow efficiency

Qualifications:

• Active Ohio Pharmacist License in good standing

• Previous experience in long term care, institutional, or retail pharmacy preferred

• Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and pliance standards

• Excellent munication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Detail-oriented and mitted to high standards of patient care

Schedule & pensation:

• Full-time, permanent position

• Monday through Friday schedule with rotating weekend or on-call coverage as needed
