Safety Supervisor - Heavy ndustrial Manufacturing Safety Supervisor

Location: On-site in Canal Lewisville, OH area

Base Salary $60K-$85K DOE

Join a heavy industrial manufacturer known for its exceptional stability and continuous growth . We're looking for a Safety Supervisor to lead safety initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of safety excellence across our operations.

Seeking candidates with experience within Industrial Manufacturing, along with at least 2 years leadership mentoring others. This position directrly supervises 2 hourly employees

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage safety programs, audits, and training

• Monitor workplace conditions and conduct industrial hygiene assessments

• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions

• Supervise and mentor safety personnel

• Ensure OSHA and regulatory compliance

• Collaborate with leadership to foster a proactive safety culture

What You Bring / Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, or related field

• 5+ years of safety/environmental compliance experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role. Must have experience from Industrial Manufacturing environment.

• CPR and First Aid certification required; CSP preferred

• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills

• Certificates/Lis: CPR, and Certified Safety Professional (CSP)

• 4+ yrs. experience experience in occupational health, safety and/or environmental compliance with applicable federal and state regulations and standards is required.
