About the Role:
Coreline Roller in Cuyahoga Falls, OH is looking for a motivated Production Crew member to join their manufacturing team! This is a great opportunity to be part of a hands-on production environment where your work makes a real impact every day. Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production line equipment to meet daily output goals
- Perform assembly, fabrication, or finishing tasks as assigned on the production floor
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with safety protocols
- Load and unload materials, components, and finished products as needed
- Report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors promptly
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production schedules
Requirements:
- Prior manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and a dependable team player
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced environment
- Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
- High school diploma or GED preferred
