Business Banking Portfolio Administrator
- Create opportunities to cross-sell Bank products where appropriate as well as coordinate account openings, closings, and modifications as directed by Client or RM.
- Process commercial loan advances, internal transfers, wire transfers, payments, stop payments, payoff requests and refunds.
- Process all "special handling", preparing appropriate e-mails, communicating with RM for decision as required.
- Monitor loan payment delinquencies.
- Facilitate timely billing and collection of all fees as well as assist Credit and Loan Quality Control departments with timely collection of financial statements and assist RM with sales and marketing functions by compiling Client/relationship profiles (from the system) and by preparing presentation materials to support sales calls.
- Monitor documentation exceptions and take appropriate action to rectify them as well as prepare daily teller work for filming, assist RM with loan requests by ordering lien searches and creating and maintaining credit files.
- Perform general administrative duties, process invoices for payment including those for appraisals, inspections, legal and other miscellaneous payments, and also complete and submit check requests.
- Primary point of contact for Business Banking Relationship Managers, customers, title companies, and insurance agents.
- Effectively communicate to include but not limited to closing status, checklist deliver, timelines, and efficient internal and external communication touchpoints.
- Develop cooperative working relationships with Clients & Associates and act as a liaison for business banking loan packages.
- Must have a bachelor's degree in a business-related field, or equivalent experience.
- Must have 5 to 8 Years of direct Business Banking Loan Closing Experience.
- Must have proven superior customer service skills be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as excellent listening ability and presentation skills.
- Experience in lending operational support.
- Must have a working knowledge of Banking rules, regulations, and standard operating procedures and have a working knowledge of the lending approval process.
$48,416.00 - $79,541.75 Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate's experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
