We're searching for a dynamic, compassionate, and highly skilled Delegating Nurse who is eager to take ownership of vital nursing services, delegation, and staff training. Why You'll Love This Role:

• Be a Service Champion: You'll be the primary Nursing Coordinator , a central figure ensuring seamless communication and superior health outcomes for the individuals we serve.
• Lead and Empower: You'll train, monitor, and empower our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) by conducting Medication Administration Certification training and overseeing the delegation of critical health-related tasks, adhering to Ohio DODD rules (Chapter 4723 ORC, Rule 5123:2-1-07) .
• Innovate and Improve: You'll have the power to develop, evaluate, and improve care plans and best practices, tackling diverse challenges from chronic conditions to complex medical needs (G-tubes, tracheostomies, modified diets, and more).
• Advocate for Wellness: You’ll provide expert medical insights while advocating for the best service options in alignment with person-centered care.
• Be Part of a Team: Collaborate with agency leadership, staff, partnering home health agencies, and pharmacists to ensure a unified approach to care.

What You Bring:

• A Valid Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) License—Required!
• Minimum 18 Months of RN Nursing Experience—Required!
• A valid Ohio Driver’s License and willingness to travel to various service locations.
• Knowledge of concepts like empowerment and behavior management.
• A bonus if you have experience (1+ year preferred) with developmental disabilities, mental health, autism, the elderly, or physical disabilities!
