What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality, resident-centered nursing care in alignment with individualized care plans

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely

• Monitor residents’ health conditions and communicate changes promptly to RNs and physicians

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality outcomes and holistic care

• Provide leadership and support to CNAs, helping maintain high standards of care

• Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and staff

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Ohio (required)

• CPR certification required

• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred

• Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and communication skills

• Dependable, compassionate, and team-focused
