Apartment Leasing Consultant

Hiring Full-Time Apartment LeasingAs a Monarch Leasing Consultant you are the first person and smile a prospect or resident meets when they come home. For you it’s not just a job, it’s a career and you understand that for our residents it’s not just an apartment, it’s their home. You love interacting with all types of people and have a passion for creating unique experiences. We would love to add someone to our team who has a fun and friendly personality and sales/leasing experience!
PAY: $16-18 an hour plus commission up to $100 per move-in with no cap-Make as much commission as possible!
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30PM (must be willing to possibly work Saturdays 10-4)

What You Will be Doing:
- Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs
- Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records
- Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects
- Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events
What You Need to Have:
- Strong computer skills
- 6 months' experience in multifamily or custom service field
- Skilled problem solving
- Excellent communication skills
- An unmatched dedication to customer service
- The drive to learn and get better everyday
