Overview
Join our dynamic team as an On Call Admissions Representative, where your enthusiasm and communication skills will inspire prospective clients and guide them through the admissions process. Duties
* Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing comprehensive information about admissions procedures, programs, and resources
* Assist with the intake process by scheduling appointments, following up with prospective clients, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.
* Support prospective clients through the process by explaining requirements, guiding them on necessary documentation, and ensuring all steps are clearly communicated
* Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
* Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
