About The Role
We are now looking for a Launch Manager to help our customers successfully adopt, scale, and realize value from Procure Ai’s platform.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for enterprise customers before and during their onboarding, ensuring successful implementation, ongoing adoption, and long‑term satisfaction. You will work closely with customers to understand their procurement processes, align on success outcomes, and translate those into practical platform usage.
Your impact will be directly visible in customer acquisition, retention, product adoption, and expansion opportunities , as well as in the continuous improvement of our product through structured customer feedback.
Please note: this is an individual contributor role , and it is important that you are comfortable owning customer relationships end‑to‑end in a remote‑first environment.
Impact & Ownership
- Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise customers, acting as their trusted partner throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Lead customer onboarding and adoption in collaboration with product, engineering/implementation teams.
- Ensure customers achieve measurable value from Procure Ai by aligning solution usage with their business goals.
- Monitor product usage, identify risks early, and proactively drive retention and customer satisfaction.
- Collect, structure, and relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams to influence roadmap decisions.
- Support upsell and expansion opportunities by identifying additional use cases and value drivers.
- Create and continuously improve customer success best practices and documentation.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in Solution Delivery, Launch management or a similar role, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
- Experience working with complex products and enterprise stakeholders.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users.
- Structured, proactive, and solution‑oriented mindset.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and taking ownership in a fast‑growing startup environment.
- Fluent in English (C1) and German (C2). Please note, this requirement is a must.
