Job Details

Responsibilities:

+ Manage all phases of assigned construction projects from preconstruction to closeout.
+ Oversee daily site operations, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality standards are met.
+ Lead and mentor project teams, subcontractors, and field staff.
+ Coordinate project setup, budgets, and cost controls.
+ Foster strong client relationships through clear communication and exceptional service.
+ Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and all applicable regulations.
+ Maintain accurate documentation using Procore and Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
+ 3–8 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
+ Proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
+ Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
