Position Overview We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to support customer communications, appointment scheduling, and daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people and working in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities * Schedule appointments and maintain customer records * Provide follow-up communication regarding services and appointments * Support office staff with administrative and organizational tasks * Direct customer inquiries to the appropriate department * Help maintain a professional and customer-focused environment Minimum requirements: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Professional, organized, and customer-focused attitude * Basic computer skills, including email, Microsoft Office, and data entry * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
