• The role is a client‑facing position focused on designing, configuring, and supporting solutions across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This includes Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Copilot for Microsoft 365. You’ll work closely with architects and delivery teams to build and support scalable, secure, and user‑centered solutions

• You’re expected to go beyond execution. You’ll solve real business problems, think creatively, and move fast. You’ll also build a strong understanding of RSM’s industry focus areas and solution offerings.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements to design Microsoft 365 based solutions using Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and related services.

• Configure and customize Power Platform components.

• Design, build, and support Copilot Studio agents, including topic design, conversation flows, integrations, and governance alignment.

• Support Copilot for Microsoft 365 use cases across tools such as Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, and Word, with a focus on adoption, accuracy, and business value..

• Test integrations across Microsoft 365 services from an end‑user perspective, including identity, permissions, and data access.

• Create and maintain end‑user documentation, including user guides, setup documentation, enablement content, and solution overviews.

• Develop regression test cases and scripts to support solution validation and quality assurance.

• Provide implementation and post‑deployment support for new and existing Microsoft 365 and Copilot solutions.

• Assist with form, workflow, and experience customization to streamline user interactions.

• Validate application behavior, permissions, and data controls across environments

Qualifications

• Minimum three to five years’ experience with related Microsoft 365 technologies such as Azure AD, Exchange online, Intune, and Teams.

The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
