Lucente Detailing isn't a car wash. We're not a drive-through detail lane. And this isn't a "job" where you clock in, zone out, and collect a check.

This is a skilled trade. We transform vehicles — inside and out — using professional-grade equipment, coatings, and techniques that most people don't even know exist. We show up to clients' homes, businesses, and shops across Northeast Ohio and deliver work that makes people stop and stare at their own car.

And we're looking for our next apprentice.

Here's who this is for:

You're hungry. Maybe you're tired of dead-end jobs that don't teach you anything. Maybe you never went the college route and you're looking for a real path to a stable career with advancement opportunities doing work you can actually be proud of. Maybe you just love cars and want to get paid to make them look insane.

Whatever your reason — if you're willing to be humble, show up, and learn, we'll teach you everything.

Here's who this is NOT for:

• If you think you already know everything — pass. We need people who are coachable, not people who argue about how to hold a polisher on day one.
• If you can't pass a drug test, don't waste your time or ours. We operate in clients' driveways, at dealerships, and around expensive vehicles. We need people who are sharp, reliable, and 100% clear-headed. Every single day. No exceptions.
• If "on time" means 5 minutes late to you — this won't work.
• If you need someone standing over your shoulder to do your job right — this won't work either.

We're building something here. The guys who get in now and prove themselves are the ones who'll be running crews and earning six figures in a few years. But it starts with humility, discipline, and a willingness to do the work before you get the reward.

What you'll actually be doing:

• Riding along on jobs and learning professional interior and exterior detailing from experienced detailers
• Getting hands-on with equipment — polishers, steamers, extractors, pressure washers
• Learning paint decontamination, ceramic coating prep, and correction techniques
• Talking to real clients face-to-face and learning how to represent a brand
• Working your way up to running full jobs on your own

What we're looking for:

• Reliable transportation — you need to get to job sites across NE Ohio
• A strong work ethic — not just words, actual proof in how you carry yourself
• Coachable attitude — you take correction like a professional, not like it's personal
• Attention to detail — if you can walk past a crooked picture frame without fixing it, this might not be your thing
• Ability to work outdoors in Ohio weather — yes, that means summer heat and early spring cold
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Zero experience required — we train from the ground up. Your character is your resume.
