In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service while helping clients understand their automotive needs and solutions. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs.
- Provide accurate estimates and explanations of services required.
- Schedule appointments and manage the service workflow efficiently.
- Communicate with technicians regarding repairs and maintenance.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.
- Stay updated on automotive technology and service trends.
- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using service software and point-of-sale systems.
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for automotive service.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in a service advisor role is highly desirable.
