Essential Qualifications: To ensure the highest quality of care for our seniors, candidates must meet the following requirements: * At least 18 years of age.

2+ years of hands-on experience in a facility or in-home care setting. * Demonstrated proficiency with Hoyer lifts, bed baths, and bed-bound care. * Comfortable assisting with personal care needs, including bathing, toileting, and incontinence support. * Weekend availability is required. * Must possess a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance. * Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs. * Ability to pass both a criminal background check and the Oregon ORCHARDS background check.
