The Sr. HR Analytics Consultant gathers qualitative and quantitative data from a multitude of internal sources to provide data-driven insights that assists the organization with making informed decisions regarding talent acquisition, retention, and development. This position will leverage data and predictive insights to show how proposed solutions will affect the organization's business and talent goals. Reporting directly to the VP of Total Rewards, this individual will work closely with the CHRO and VP of Talent Strategy to construct a multi-year People Analytics roadmap towards data visualization for purposes of attracting, retaining and building relationships through the Premier Health organization.
Essential Duties & Functions:
- Builds strong relationships with HR and cross-functional partners; actively listening to data and analytic needs and designing appropriate solutions in the form of reports, and/or ad-hoc analyses.
- Analyzing people data and employee feedback to deliver metrics tied to strategic HR and company objectives.
- Creating a modern and fluid HR analytics dashboard and reporting suite; designing and developing a strategic portfolio of data products to bring valuable insights to our stakeholders.
- Generates regular and ad-hoc reports, utilizing HRIS data to provide actionable insights to leadership and support data-driven decision-making.
- Assists leadership team with constructing a multi-year People Analytics roadmap and prioritizing work accordingly to enable the HR Division to maximize productivity and impact.
- Partners with Digital Health Technology teams to build the next-generation HR analytics reporting tools.
- Partners with the HR Service Now delivery team to evaluate case and call volumes and patterns of cases to improve the employee experience.
- Provides data-driven recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of Total Rewards programs in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.
- Utilizes advanced analytics to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within talent management data.
- Provides predictive analytics to enhance talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies within the Total Rewards framework.

Education
Minimum Level of Education Required: Bachelor's degree
Additional requirements:
- Type of degree: Business Administration, Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Marketing Research, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Statistics
- Area of study or major: Related Fields
- Preferred educational qualifications: A master's degree in HR Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or completion of certificate program in Talent Analytics/ HR Analytics/Workforce Analytics (preferred)
- Position specific testing requirement: Advanced Level Microsoft Excel
Licensure/Certification/Registration
- SHRM People Analytics Certificate, SHRM-CP, PHR, SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialist
Experience
Minimum Level of Experience Required: 5 - 7 years of job related experience
Prior job title or occupational experience: HR Analytics Analyst, HR Analytics Specialist, Data Analyst
Prior specific functional responsibilities: Prior experience running data quires and report writing utilizing large sets of data on a workforce analytics or people analytics team is preferred.
Preferred experience: Experience creating dashboards and presentation, utilizing Power BI and/or Excel, from scratch to best summarize and display the underlying data. Project management and market research, along with predictive modeling knowledge.
Other experience requirements: Knowledge of SQL and Toad a plus

- Strong analytics and critical thinking skills to identify problems and develop solutions.
- Familiarity with emerging technology and statistical analysis tools (Generative AI, Large Language Models, etc.) and its application to Human Resource
