Station Security Manager - CMP

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a proactive and experienced Station Security Manager to lead the physical security operations at our clients new 1 million square foot warehouse. This role is critical to ensuring the safety of personnel, assets, and infrastructure in a high-volume, fast-paced third-party logistics (3PL) environment. As the primary security leader on-site, you will oversee contracted security personnel, enforce compliance with global and customer-specific security protocols, and drive continuous improvement in incident response and risk mitigation.

Skills and Requirements

-5+ years of experience as a Station Security Manager

• Previous experience and knowledge with TAPA America guidelines

-Manage and evaluate the performance of contracted security teams, ensuring timely incident response and adherence to SLAs.

-Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, HR, IT, and Corporate Security to align local procedures with global standards.

-Identify opportunities for security enhancements and recommend process improvements.

-Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular reports to internal leadership and external stakeholders.
