Nurse Practitioner - Cardiology

Job Summary:

As our Part-Time Cardiology nurse practitioner, you will be assigned to a skilled nursing facility (SNF) in Georgetown, DE to treat geriatric patients for their Cardiology needs. You will be responsible for Cardiology throughout the SNF and maintain a strong relationship with the client facility, patients and families. Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills are required as well as the desire to be a part of a team that functions at the highest level. Your duties will include collaboration with administration, nursing, therapy, and families. The ideal candidate will always put the patient and facility first.
