: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team at Fairfield Inn & Suites in Cambridge, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, a passion for customer service, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial and operational goals.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing guest concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Manage and lead hotel staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, local regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests, vendors, and the local community.
• Implement marketing and sales strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel management, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency in hotel management software (FOSSE/MGS/GXP)
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and upholding brand standards.
