Position Summary
This is a strictly contract role providing flight and ground instruction to TAS Aviation students. Contract instructors are expected to deliver highquality training, uphold TAS standards, and maintain professionalism in all training environments. This position is not a fulltime employment role and does not include employee benefits.
Compensation : Contract rate of $600 per day.
What Youll Do
- Provide flight and ground instruction in accordance with TAS standards and FAA regulations
- Maintain accurate and timely student progress documentation
- Demonstrate strong communication, situational awareness, and instructional judgment
- Represent TAS Aviation professionally with students and training partners
Minimum Qualifications
- Commercial SingleEngine and MultiEngine Rating
- SecondClass Medical Certificate or better
- No accidents or incidents on record
- 1,500 hours total time
- 250 hours multiengine time
Additional Instructor Requirements
- CFI, CFII, and MEI ratings
- At least 500 hours of dual given
- Strong instructional communication skills and a studentfocused mindset
