About the Role We are seeking a reliable and energetic Usher to join our Cincinnati, OH team and support the successful execution of live events. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding guests, ensuring smooth crowd flow, and providing excellent customer service throughout the event experience. Responsibilities * Greet attendees and assist with seating, directions, and general event information * Check tickets or credentials and guide guests to appropriate areas * Monitor entrances, exits, and event spaces to ensure safety and organization * Assist with crowd control and maintain orderly movement during events * Provide support during event setup and breakdown as needed * Respond to guest questions or concerns in a professional and friendly manner Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent required * Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented * Able to stand for long periods and move throughout event spaces What We Offer * Competitive weekly pay * Clear opportunities for growth and advancement * Supportive and energetic team environment * Hands-on experience with major corporate events * Travel opportunities depending on event schedule
