Entry Level Legal Assistant
Andrade Law Office is now hiring for a part-time Legal Assistant position. This job is Monday-Friday position that starts at $16 hourly. If you believe you are a good fit for this position please send resumes to [email protected]
Qualifications:
- All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time
- Excellent phone etiquette skills
- Attention to detail and ability to review documents accurately
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with the attorney and other staff
- Past experience in administrative or paralegal work is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Corresponding with clients
- Preparing and maintaining calendar systems to not miss important deadlines and court appearances
- Legal document drafting
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Greet and welcome visitors and guests in a professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls and provide new client intake system entry
- Perform other administrative tasks as requested
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
