**Job Title: Forklift Operator** **Job Description** A dynamic manufacturing company located in Marion, IN is seeking multiple skilled stand-up forklift operators to join their team across various shifts. Positions are available in both the shipping area (freezer) and the production area (material handler), offering an opportunity to work in a fast-paced and essential role within the company. **Responsibilities** + For Shipping Area (Freezer Driver): + - Move freight, stock, and load docks and delivery vehicles using a standup forklift. + - Pick orders and stage final products. + - Regularly work in cooler and freezer environments with temperatures ranging from 35 degrees to -10 degrees. + - Maintain accurate inventory counts. + - Record the number of units handled or moved using daily production sheets or work orders. + - Lift up to 50 pounds. + For Production Area (Material Handler): + - Supply raw ingredients to the production line. + - Use a forklift to move palletized finished goods and stage them in the shipping department. + - Maintain inventory counts. + - Record the number of units handled or moved using daily production sheets or work orders. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in operating stand-up and sit-down forklifts. + Experience with RF Scanners. + Strong inventory management skills. + Material handling expertise. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience as a Forklift Operator or Material Handler is highly preferred. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that values upward growth and offers competitive pay.
