Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of landscape workers to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Coordinate daily tasks according to priorities and plans, adjusting as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on all work sites.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
• Train new crew members and provide ongoing guidance and support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Landscape Crew Leader or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and blueprints.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Compensation

$25-$30/hr
