Landscape Crew Leader

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of landscape workers to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
- Coordinate daily tasks according to priorities and plans, adjusting as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on all work sites.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
- Train new crew members and provide ongoing guidance and support.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Landscape Crew Leader or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and blueprints.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
Compensation
$25-$30/hr

- 401k after 90 days
- (2) Weeks paid time off after 1 year of employment.
