Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer with proven leadership ability to guide and strengthen quality operations in a dynamic manufacturing setting. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with ISO standards, driving process improvements, and mentoring quality personnel. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and foster a culture of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead quality engineering initiatives, internal and external audits, and process improvement activities to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
• Supervise and mentor quality inspectors and technicians, providing guidance, coaching, and performance oversight.
• Conduct root cause analyses, implement corrective and preventive actions, and ensure long-term effectiveness.
• Oversee PPAP, FAI, and documentation supporting new product launches and production quality.
• Partner with leadership in engineering, operations, and supply chain to align quality goals with production and business objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, including 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proficiency with ISO 9001:2015 standards and quality systems; IPC-620 knowledge preferred.
• Strong background in auditing, root cause analysis, and CAPA implementation.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive team performance.
