Retail store manager

Salary: $35k - 45k per year + none

We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial-minded Store Manager to lead daily operations and drive sales for our client's store, which offers furniture, flooring, and mattresses. The right candidate will operate with autonomy while contributing to the mission of community revitalization. This is a direct hire, base + commission opportunity!


Responsibilities:
Manage all store operations, including opening/closing, inventory, and merchandising.
Recruit, train, and supervise part-time or volunteer team members as needed.
Maintain accurate point-of-sale and transaction records.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns.
Coordinate marketing and promotions to increase store traffic.
Develop monthly sales goals and implement strategies to achieve them.
Monitor expenses, vendor relationships, and inventory levels.
Ensure a clean, organized, and safe store environment.


Working hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Qualifications:
Experience in furniture, home goods, or flooring retail
3+ years of experience in retail or small business management.
Strong business acumen with a focus on driving sales and operational efficiency.
