We're looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Inside Sales & Customer Service Rep who loves helping people, enjoys a good laugh, and thrives in a fast-moving, creative environment.

What You'll Do

You'll work closely with Kirby and Jade (our Branding Bestie!) to make sure our clients look like heroes. That means:

• Curating and sourcing branded merch ideas that fit each client's goals and brand personality.
• Communicating directly with clients --- from quote to delivery --- to ensure every project runs smoothly.
• Coordinating proofs, approvals, and order details with our vendors.
• Keeping projects on track, on time, and on budget.
• Jumping in to brainstorm campaign ideas and product recommendations.
• Supporting digital projects or events when needed (we wear many hats --- most of them branded).

• (Bonus) Has an eye for design or experience with graphics --- but it's not a dealbreaker.
