The welder will be responsible for performing skilled welding work in the fabrication and repair of metal hoses. Required to cross train across company departments based on business needs.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Complex TIG welding
• Making sure orders are in order by the due date
• Ability to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned
• Inspect welds

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand and follow English instructions.
• 3+ years of TIG welding experience.
• Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.
• Good basic math skills.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week. Overtime is possible.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Will be sitting 80 percent of the day.
• Good vision especially color vision due to color coding.
• Ability to climb up and down.
• Must be able to bend, squat, twist and kneel.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
