Vice President, AAMWA
- Minimum 8–10 years of senior leadership experience in nonprofit management, public health, community engagement, or related fields.
- Proven experience managing multi-site or multi-market teams at the executive director or equivalent level.
- Demonstrated success in business development, fundraising, sponsorship acquisition, and partnership growth.
- Strong operational acumen with experience overseeing grants, contracts, budgets, and compliance.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and performance management skills.
- Experience working with health equity, wellness, or community-based organizations.
- Familiarity with corporate, healthcare, and public-sector funding environments.
- Data-driven mindset with comfort using dashboards, KPIs, and performance analytics.
- Operates with urgency, ownership, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Models executive presence, professionalism, and accountability at all times.
- Willingness to travel regularly to support markets and national initiatives.
- Fully aligned with the mission, values, and growth vision of AAMWA.
