Who We’re Looking For:
- A leader with strong multi-location management experience.
- Someone who loves working with kids and creating a positive experience.
- A dependable, detail-oriented team player with a strong work ethic.
- A difference-maker who is eager to learn and grow.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years of dental management experience is required. Overseeing multiple locations preferred.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, revenue and billing targets.
- Working knowledge of clinical operations and office efficiency.
- Proficiency in dental software (Denticon highly preferred) and Microsoft office required.
- Must be comfortable with frequent travel (50% - 75%).
- Candidate must live in Ohio.
- Exceptional organization skills!
A Typical Day as a Regional Operations Manager:
- Oversee operations of 4 to 10 dental offices
- Ensure teams and doctors deliver quality and compassionate care.
- Work closely with office leadership to drive revenue and performance goals.
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to meet targets.
- Develop, coach, and inspire other team members to grow.
- Drive patient satisfaction through staff training and office management.
Schedule:
- Day shift!
- Travel to surrounding offices as needed
- Availability to respond to patient issues outside normal work hours (within reason)
- Some Saturday work as needed
