Utilize outcome surveys, participant feedback, and staff input to adjust, enhance, and ensure consistent quality in program development and delivery.
Oversee all quality assurance activities, conducting thorough investigations into clinical incidents, resident complaints, or staff performance issues, and implementing timely resolutions and corrective actions.

4. Crisis Management & On-Call Duties:
Develop and manage robust crisis intervention protocols, ensuring staff are trained and proficient in de-escalation techniques and safety planning.
Serve as the primary clinical escalation point for high-risk situations and ensure effective crisis interventions are implemented.
Participate in a rotating schedule for monitoring the Compassion Care Group (CCG) crisis line, providing clinical triage, consultation, and appropriate referrals during assigned shifts.
