Field Service Technician
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in Springfield, OH. In this role, you will be the face of our company, providing top-notch service to our clients while troubleshooting and maintaining equipment in the field. If you enjoy working independently, solving problems, and have a knack for technical work, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Perform on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs of equipment.
- Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client locations.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with service management software.
