💰 GENEROUS COMPENSATION THAT MEANS YOU CAN LIVE YOUR BEST LIFE:

• Full time: $125,000 base salary minimum for new grads, with a 23% production bonus .
• $25,000 signing bonus – yes, you read that right!
• Paid vacation: 2 weeks, plus 4 personal days, and 1 full week of CE.
• No negative accrual for 6 months – vacation and CE is all yours to enjoy!
