Automotive Salesperson
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Toyota sales team. As a New and Used Vehicle Salesperson, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional car-buying experience while helping customers find the vehicle that best fits their needs and lifestyle.
Responsibilities include:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic manner
Identify customer needs and recommend the right new or pre-owned Toyota vehicles
What we offer:
Paid salary plus commission
No Sunday hours
One scheduled day off during the week
Training provided — no experience necessary for the right candidate

- Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and test drives, clearly explaining features and benefits
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up and ongoing communication
- Utilize phone, email, text, and social media to generate and manage leads
- Stay up to date on Toyota models, technology, incentives, and promotions
- Work closely with the sales management team to meet and exceed individual and dealership goals
- Ensure a positive, transparent, and stress-free buying experience from start to finish
