Duties
The Employment Services Supervisor will provide supervision and guidance to all Job Coach Staff while overseeing assessment and training services and assisting participants in choosing and obtaining employment based on their personal interests, skills, and abilities. Additionally, this role provides regular administrative support to the Employment Services department.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation or a closely related field and prior supervisory/management experience in a Vocational Rehabilitation setting is required. Outstanding oral, written, electronic and interpersonal communication skills. Must have reliable transportation and the ability to work a varied schedule as needed. Must maintain a valid Ohio driver’s license and follow Agency insurance carrier requirements. Current CPR and First Aid certification is also required.
