We're hiring an Assistant Team Lead to support our Electronics and Metal Sort Team. This position works alongside the Team Lead, helping keep daily operations on track, stepping in where needed, and reinforcing expectations already in place.

You won't be the primary decision-maker, and you won't be expected to manage everything. Instead, you'll act as a reliable support layer, helping the Team Lead and team succeed through consistency, clarity, and hands-on involvement.

The Work You'll Support

• Assist the Team Lead with daily workflow and shift execution
• Step in to help answer questions or clarify expectations as needed
• Help train new and existing team members
• Support daily floor operations and fill operations gaps during high-volume periods and absences
• Model proper procedures, safety standards, and quality expectations
• Monitor work quality and flag issues to the Team Lead early
• Help keep workstations clean, stocked, and running efficiently
• Communicate observations, issues, and wins back to the Team Lead

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18+ and able to lift 50+ lbs. throughout the shift
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership or assistant leadership role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused under pressure
• Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented
• Willing to take direction and adjust as needs change
• Must pass a background check and drug screening

Pay & Benefits

• $20$22.50/hour based on experience
• Day shift only, choose from 3 flexible weekday schedules
• No weekends. No mandatory overtime.

Location Notice: This position is currently based in Solon, Ohio. Due to company growth, we are evaluating a potential relocation to Middlefield, Ohio. If the relocation occurs, this role would transition to the Middlefield location. Candidates should be comfortable with the possibility of working in Middlefield in the future.
