We are seeking a Mobile Office Services Associate to join our growing corporate team. This is a full-time, direct-hire role (35 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 9-hour shift with 1-hour lunch) at $20/hour. In this position, you’ll provide support across four corporate office sites in the Columbus area , traveling as needed to cover open shifts and ensure smooth daily operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Travel to different office locations to provide coverage for staff absences, shortages, or projects
• Support on-site teams with office services tasks and adapt quickly to each environment.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional presence at all times.
• Communicate clearly with management and team members regarding schedules and needs.
• Participate in training and apply your skills across multiple functions.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
• 1+ year of professional experience in office services, hospitality, or customer service
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new technology
• Flexible, dependable, and customer service–driven
