Title Clerk
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Title Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing vehicle title documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organization committed to excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Hours are M-F 8a-5p.
- Review and process vehicle titles, registrations, and related documentation accurately and efficiently
- Verify information for completeness and compliance with state and federal regulations
- Maintain organized records of all title transactions and ensure data integrity
- Communicate with customers, dealerships, and government agencies to resolve title issues
- Prepare and submit title applications and related paperwork in a timely manner
- Assist in resolving discrepancies or errors in title documentation
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting vehicle titles and registrations
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in automotive or administrative fields is a plus
- Proven experience in title processing, automotive administration, or related roles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with computer systems, data entry, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of state and federal vehicle title laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
