Position Overview:

We are currently hiring a detail-oriented and motivated Warehouse Receiving Associate to help support our daily receiving operations. This role is critical in maintaining the accuracy and organization of our inventory using inventory management software such as Fishbowl, Netsuite, Oracle. You will be responsible for all aspects of receiving shipments and accurately moving them into inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
• Unload trucks and containers using pallet jacks and/or forklifts
• Match packing slips to purchase orders and report any discrepancies
• Accurately input received inventory into our inventory software
• Label, sort, and stock products in designated storage locations
• Assist with inventory audits
• Communicate with purchasing and warehouse teams regarding any issues or delays
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in the receiving area
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous warehouse or receiving experience required
• Experience with inventory software (Fishbowl, Netsuite, Oracle) strongly preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, or walk for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Forklift certification is a plus
• Team player with strong communication skills
