DIRECT HIRE: Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift
Shift/Pay/Additional Information:
- Shift: 2nd Shift
- 3:00pm-11:00pm. Monday night - Saturday morning. Occasional Sundays are a possibility
- Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 + Straight Time after 40 Hours
- Weekend bonuses are available to earn for salaried employees. If candidates work Saturday & Sunday, they receive $75 for Saturday and $150 for Sunday.
- Target bonuses based on production levels, weekend bonuses, and profit sharing with quarterly bonuses.

Job Description
As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining quality standards. You will be responsible for supervising a diverse team and managing various operational aspects to meet production goals.
Responsibilities
- Supervise up to 30 employees, including both Union and Non-Union personnel, in production, quality, and shipping and receiving.
- Manage Line 6, Line 9, and Line 25 production personnel to optimize manpower, equipment, and materials utilization while adhering to production and quality requirements.
- Oversee employee training, development, discipline, scheduling, and record-keeping for payroll and attendance.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and housekeeping standards, conducting job safety analyses as needed.
- Investigate and resolve production, personnel, and equipment-related issues.
- Coordinate with the purchasing team to ensure the availability of necessary materials and supplies.
- Maintain operational data and prepare reports on production, downtime, and yield loss.
- Perform visual inspections of equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and quality operations.
- Conduct internal audits of work instruction procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities through QA9000 and ISO standards.

This is a Permanent position based out of Walbridge, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
1. The production supervisor is also able to receive "target bonuses" based on production levels. The most this could be is an additional up to $2,500 a year, and it's paid out bi-annually (every 6-months).
2. Weekend bonuses are available to earn for salaried employees. If candidates work Saturday & Sunday, they receive $75 for Saturday and $150 for Sunday. If they don't work Saturday but do work Sunday, they'll get $75.
3. Profit sharing with Quarterly bonuses
4. Straight time after 40hrs
