Your impact

• Maximize equipment uptime by planning and scheduling maintenance aligned to production.
• Elevate safety, documentation, and labor efficiency through clear work instructions and kitted materials.
• Keep parts flowing: source, stage, and submit purchase requests for repairs, replacements, and contracted services.
• Drive weekly cross-functional alignment with Operations, Technical, and Maintenance.
• Coordinate weekend and downtime events for major work and shutdowns.
• Build and optimize PMs in Megamation; manage vendor schedules for preventive maintenance.
• Estimate labor hours for planned and PM tasks using CMMS data.
• Lead special projects and jump in where the business needs you most.

What you'll do day-to-day

• Organize work materials and safety requirements to reduce changeover and maintenance delays.
• Prioritize planned, preventive, predictive, and project maintenance based on equipment condition and throughput goals.
• Read and apply schematic diagrams to scope work accurately.
• Communicate status, risks, and mitigations clearly to stakeholders.

What you bring

• Associate degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in highly automated, lean/continuous-flow manufacturing.
• Strong CMMS experience and comfort working in data-driven maintenance environments.
• Independent, decisive, and organized; adept at removing obstacles.
• Proactive troubleshooter who can lead resolution of lab equipment issues.
• Effective written and verbal communicator with minimal supervision required.
• Ability to work flexible schedules and overtime as requested.
• Capability to alternate seated/walking/standing work for up to 10 hours.

Preferred qualifications

• Working knowledge of Megamations Computerized Maintenance Management Software planning module and inventory module.
