At Pathway Caring for Children, we believe every child deserves connection, compassion, and hope. We are expanding our school-based mental health team and seeking a School-Based Therapist to serve students at Beacon Academy in Canton, Ohio.

In this rewarding role, you'll help students strengthen coping skills, build emotional resilience, and engage more fully in learning.

• Provide individual and group therapy for students

• Deliver trauma-informed care and crisis intervention

• Partner with teachers, administrators, and families to create effective support plans

This is a Fee-for-Service (FFS) position with a competitive percentage of billed services, determined by licensure and experience.

• All clinical and administrative time is compensated

• Consistent, steady caseload through school-based referrals

• Reliable earnings potential for full-time clinicians

• Active Ohio license: LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC

• Experience working with children and adolescents preferred

• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
