NOW HIRING: GREENHOUSE ASSOCIATE (GREENHOUSE & RETAIL LOCATION)

Pay:
$13.50 $15.50 per hour based on experience and interview

Schedule:
Full-time and part-time positions available
Hours may range between 7:00 AM 6:00 PM depending on location
Flexible availability preferred

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are hiring reliable Greenhouse Associates to assist with plant care and customer service at both the greenhouse and retail store locations. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with plants, staying active, and helping customers in a fast-paced environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Watering and caring for plants in the greenhouse
Assisting customers with plant and product selection at the retail location
Stocking and organizing plant displays and inventory
Loading plants, soil, and materials for customers as needed
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Assisting with general greenhouse and retail duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

Greenhouse, plant, or retail experience preferred but not required
Willingness to learn and be trained
Ability to work both indoors and outdoors
Ability to lift and move plants, soil bags, and materials
Reliable transportation to and from work
Dependable and able to work in a team environment
