About the Opportunity:

Our client, a global leader in food and agricultural innovation , is seeking a Plant Automation & Control Engineer to join a world-class team that designs, maintains, and enhances production operations across multiple facilities.

This is an exciting opportunity to apply your DeltaV DCS expertise , collaborate with technical innovators, and play a critical role in improving production efficiency, reliability, and safety all while making a tangible impact on how the world is nourished.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain plant automation and control systems (primary focus: DeltaV DCS and PI Historian ).

• Implement process improvements that increase production quality, throughput, and system efficiency.

• Coordinate and provide direct engineering support for on-site operations.

• Execute automation standards and deliverables for capital projects.

• Perform root-cause analysis and identify opportunities for optimization and preventive maintenance.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to align technical solutions with safety and sustainability goals.

• Participate in the on-call rotation with fellow engineers (every 3 weeks, remote).

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field (required).

• 2+ years of hands-on controls and automation experience , ideally in food, chemical, or industrial manufacturing.

• Proficiency in DeltaV DCS , control systems programming, and instrumentation design.

• Strong technical, analytical, and project management skills.

• Proven ability to deliver safe, efficient, and scalable engineering solutions.
