Sales Consultant - Beavercreek

• Salary: $52,000
• 40 hrs./weekly (Monday - Saturday)
  • Candidates should be able to work 2 Saturdays a month

• Determine overall flooring & design needs while offering a great customer experience
• Build genuine relationships with new/existing customers
• Schedule appointments for client design consultations
• Keep up to date on the selection of products & services provided
• Measure spaces, estimate materials, product suggestions, present proposals, manage payments & oversee project quality
• Keep the install team on track by scheduling appointments & sharing clear notes + photos
• Communicate with vendors to determine product specifications & availability
• Utilize social media platforms to build a network & prospect for new business
• Keep the showroom clean, organized & on trend.

• Valid driver's license & reliable form of transportation (REQUIRED)
• Ability to pass a background check (REQUIRED)

• Flooring or design experience is a plus, but not required — we're happy to train the right person
