Assistant Manager

Flyers Pizza & Subs, a well-established independent restaurant chain serving Central Ohio since 1976, is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in daily operations, staff development, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of service in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service and foster a welcoming, customer-focused atmosphere.
• Train, mentor, and support staff members to promote professional growth and maintain a motivated team.
• Uphold rigorous standards of cleanliness and safety, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the management team to achieve operational goals and support the overall success of the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Demonstrated integrity, strong work ethic, and personal responsibility.
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to respond quickly to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of 45 hours per week across a 5-day work week.
• Willingness to work at any of our 10 Central Ohio locations as needed.
