What You'll DoAs a Mobile Hydraulic Hose Technician, you'll operate your own fully equipped service truck while responding directly to customer locations.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnose hydraulic hose failures on industrial and mobile equipment
• Fabricate hydraulic hose assemblies on-site
• Install hydraulic hoses and fittings
• Troubleshoot hydraulic systems
• Inspect equipment and identify additional maintenance opportunities
• Complete electronic work orders accurately
• Maintain inventory on assigned service vehicle
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every call
• Participate in rotating after-hours and weekend emergency service schedule
• Follow OSHA, DOT, and company safety procedures
• Mentor and assist other technicians when needed

What We're Looking ForWe're searching for someone who enjoys mechanical work and thrives working independently.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of mechanical experience
• Experience working on:
  • Heavy equipment
  • Construction equipment
  • Diesel trucks
  • Agricultural equipment
  • Industrial machinery
  • Fleet maintenance
  • Automotive repair
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Mechanical aptitude
• Clean driving record
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
• Strong communication skills
• Dependable and self-motivated

Preferred Experience

• Hydraulic systems
• Hose fabrication
• Mobile service
• Welding or fabrication
• CDL (not required)
• DOT vehicle experience
• Electrical troubleshooting
• Preventative maintenance
